Queensland Cichlid Group Inc.

The Queensland Cichlid Group (QCG), established in 1970, is Australia’s longest-running fish club.
Based in Queensland, we are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the study, care, and enjoyment of cichlids and other freshwater fish.

Our group regularly hosts Fish Auctions, Market Days, and exhibits at the Ekka, as well as organising social activities for members. With more than five decades of experience, we proudly share our collective knowledge to support and encourage aquarists at every stage of their fishkeeping journey.
